At cruiser handle co, each product is custom-made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or custom logo/image uploads.

Returns & Replacements

We will provide a replacement or refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged
  • The product is faulty or defective
  • You receive the wrong item

If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Custom Products

Products featuring custom text, logos, or uploaded images are considered final sale items and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Uploaded files are correct
  • Vehicle model selection is accurate
  • Spelling and customization details are correct before purchase

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost/stolen parcels marked as delivered
